Gain special access to the sub-basement of the Waterworks Museum, two stories below ground to view the massive Allis pumps that delivered 30 million gallons of water per day to the citizens of Boston. Guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to climb either the Allis Engine or the Leavitt engine for an up-close look at these mammoth machines.
Please note: All participants must be at least 46 inches tall due to the height of the safety rails. All participants will be required to sign an accident and liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with climbing the high and narrow pathways before being permitted to engage in the Special Access Tour.
