Rather than throwing your pumpkin in the trash, bring it to hurl onto the compost pile at Peabody Preserve Outdoor Classroom, where it will hopefully grow into some new pumpkins next year. Participants will also be separating seeds, reading The Rotten Pumpkin, and competing for awards.

The Sleepy Hollow Environmental Committee and the Sleepy Hollow Fire Department will be there to help.
