Long Beach Comic Con returns, giving San Diego a run for its money with its very own Comic Con.

Fans can immerse themselves in the worlds of comics, graphic novels, science fiction, fantasy, video games, anime, and all things nerd culture.  This two day festival celebrates the power of storytelling and the imagination that drives it.

Highlights include panel discussions, a cosplay contest, the Geekfest screening room, and meet & greet sessions with celebrities and creators.

SPACE EXPO finds the intersection of sci fi and fantasy with real science, (with a little conspiracy theory thrown in).

Special guests include numerous creators and performers from comics, animation, cosplay and live action.

In addition, exhibitors display and sell their goods. Watch out for light saber duels on the showroom floor!
