Welcoming kids of all abilities in grades preK through 8, Long Island Fun Runners offers this racing series at Sunken Meadow Park. These will be races and not practices. Kids will warm up, stretch, and run two races, one longer race (3/4 - 1.25 miles) and one shorter race (200-400m). A fun atmosphere with a point scoring system, arch finish line, trophies to the top runners and medals for kids who do two or more races in a series. A special 400m parents race will be held on May 31.
