Search for animal tracks in the snow and other signs of wildlife, including scat, in the Peter's Kill area of Minnewaska Preserve. Join Laura Conner, environmental educator, for a one-mile-long, observational hike in snowshoes along the Red Loop Footpath. Experience on snowshoes is not necessary, and a limited number of snowshoes are available to borrow for this program from the Education Department, with advance registration. Please plan to arrive by 9:30 a.m. to borrow snowshoes. If there is insufficient snow cover, this program will be offered as a hike.

Meet in the Peter's Kill Area. Pre-registration is required by calling Minnewaska State Park at 845-255-0752.
