The Annual Halloween Parade & Trunk-or-Treat is back this year in Downtown Mystic. Join the Mystic Fire Department, Stonington Police Department, Groton Town Police, Stonington High School and the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce on for a spooktacular Halloween event.
