The Nassau County Museum of Art is hosting two days of wellness aimed at merging art with the mind, body, and soul. Programs promote well-being for people of all ages and abilities and take advantage of the lush 145-acre museum grounds.

Morning programs are for families and include art-making, sculpting, and yoga.
