Metro Art Presents the return of The Poet is In, an interactive poetry experience on Union Station’s North Patio.

The Poet is In features 12 local poets who meet one-on-one with station visitors and create personalized poems based on the conversations. 

Poet Schedule:

3 pm: Callie Siskel, William Archila, Douglas Manuel, Lynne Thompson

4 pm: Vickie Vértiz, Xochitl-Julisa Bermejo​, Kenji Liu, Lory Bedikian

5 pm: Kim Dower, Harmony Holiday, Elena Karina Byrne

In addition, Harpist Alfredo Rolando Ortiz performs. Ortiz, a composer, author, educator and gold recording artist, is part of The Music Center on Tour program.
