Join Boston Harbor Islands park staff and experienced birders on an exploration around Peddocks Island where participants can along miles of trail through different habitats of the island; from forested upland, to beach edges, to wetland marshes.

Visitors have a chance to look for and learn about a wide variety of birds while exploring the island.

Please bring: plenty of water for the day, a packed lunch, binoculars and/ or spotting scope. Please wear: comfortable hiking boots, long pants and layers, and a hat. Poison ivy and ticks are present on island.

Please note that there are no facilities or running water past the visitor center on one end of the island.
