Simmer & Sizzle Chef Series: Chef Edwin Anthony Rodriguez
Chef Edwin Rodriguez began his cooking career in Brooklyn at John Dewey HS learning how to cook as a High School freshman. He later worked at acclaimed NYC restaurants such as the London Hotel by Gordon Ramsey, Dovetail, Acme and appeared on the popular Food Network show, Chopped. Today, Chef E is focused on giving life to vegetables and vegan food with his weekly meal prep and his sensational VeggieFrito pop-ups throughout NYC.
