Penn Museum welcomes families to experience this CultureFest event to celebrate the beginning of the new season of spring. Nowruz, an ancient festival, recongizes the Persian New Year. Guests learn how Nowruz is observed by people in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and beyond.

Activities include cultural performances, art-making, tours, storytelling, workshops, and a Persian bazaar. This event is presented in partnership with Shabahang. Food and drink are available for purchase.
