Tails & Trails 5K Run and 2 K Walk is a family-friendly event welcoming all members, including those who are four-legged and furry, to attend. A cross country-style course with traversing rolling hills provides sprawling views of MLAR's 60-acre farm.

Post-race, participants can expect a lively after-party with food, beer, raffles, adoptable animals, and more.

The schedule is as follows:
7:30 AM to 8:45 AM: Registration
9 AM: The race begins
