In this class, your junior chefs get to taste, then build sushi rolls, plus the latest sushi craze; poke bowls (poke is Hawaiian for “cut”).

Kids can snap, shell and chop veggies, then assemble delicious Shrimp Nigiri sushi rolls and poke bowls with white rice, herbed tofu and sauce.
