Along I-45 in Shenandoah, police officers close off Tuscany Woods and Twisted Oak drives and pass out candy for a safe evening of family fun.*

Each year the Shenandoah Police Department holds a Halloween Safe Streets event for the city's children. In 2020 with COVID issues, the event was in the form of a parade; prior years the event was held in a designated, blocked-off area. At this time, the format for 2021 has not been decided and more information will come.

Parking is available at the Shenandoah City Hall and Health South.
