Join CURB staff in the Hudson River for a turn at seining and adding to the aquatic population research. At each site, visitors are invited to join in the fun and see what can be pulled in when sampling the Hudson with nets.

This free program is first come, first served. All materials for seining are provided.

The program is held at 3 sites in the Hudson Valley:

  • Sarah Lawrence Center for the Urban River in Yonkers, 11am-1pm
  • Lamont-Doherty Hudson River Field Station in Piermont, 11am-3pm
  • Little Stony Point in Cold Spring: 3pm-4:30pm
