Visitors build gingerbread houses with GingerBread Lane chef and creator Jon Lovitch. Participants will use home-baked gingerbread pieces, royal icing and candy to make their houses.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents of children with food allergies can email publicprograms@nysci.org to determine if this workshop is appropriate for them. Limit of two structures per customer. Limited capacity; preregistration suggested. 

Sessions at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm.
