NYSoM & East Harlem Tutorial Program present the 6th annual Halloween Havoc in Harlem. The Ghostbusters Haunted House (for older brave kids and adults) opens at 3pm. Little ones can visit the Halloween Village and paint pumpkins, make slime, listen to spooky tales, and play Halloween games.
