The Los Angeles County Arboretum helps children and families explore the joy of nature-based learning. Each week, two new exciting, hands-on programs are shared that parents and little ones can do to stay connected to nature and all its magic.

Programs can be adapted to all different ages and can be done in any living environment. Activities range from the scientific to the whimsical, and are designed to keep children connected to nature in a fun and meaningful way while inspiring them to engage in creative, imaginative, educational play using nothing nothing more than nature, a few common household items, and lots of imagination.

New programs are posted each Monday and Thursday on the At-Home Nature Adventures page.
