Looking for a new movement tutor? How about Julianne Hough!

The Dancing with The Stars alum teaches a two-session virtual class on "KINRGY" The Movement Experience.

In each session, Julianne focuses on movement, breath, and activating imagination. She leads students through movement to take their minds and bodies to an expanded state called the KINRGY state, optimal for transformation, truth, and creativity.

Best for students in K - 8, (though all are welcome).

3:30pm Eastern,  (2:30pm Central, 12:30pm Pacific).
