Explore the role the High Line’s native trees play in New York City’s unique ecosystem through a series of free kid-friendly art workshops. Learn what makes native trees unique while creating artworks inspired by urban forests.

Youth leaders from The Bronx is Blooming are on hand July 22 to share about urban forest ecosystems in the Bronx.

Teaching Artists from New Victory Theater host a program on July 29 to engage visitors in a free movement-based workshop inspired by trees.

Continue your exploration beyond the forest and visit Old Tree, the new monumental sculpture on the High Line by artist Pamela Rosenkranz.

Advance registration is encouraged. Walk-ups are welcome.
