Come celebrate World Bee Day at METC, an international day of celebration in honor of the hard-working bee. Come see this new outdoor exhibit The Bee Project, and take a photo in the new Bee Photo Booth on the lawn.

Inside of the museum you can learn how bee-keeping was done in the 1800s, and how it actually harmed bees. Also, come to the library inside the museum between 11am and 2pm to "bee" a part of the new outdoor exhibit installation of The Bee Project, and create replicas of bees from recycled materials to populate the exhibit.

Visitors can also create bee masks to show love for pollinators. The crafts are $5 per family and free for METC members. Register online.
