Complimentary Rookie Day at Camp Ruach

- see all dates
The Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center (JCC) is excited to announce two special "Rookie Day" events, designed to give prospective campers a taste of the vibrant and engaging experience at JCC Camp Ruach.
This complimentary program is open to children entering 1st through 4th grades, and enrollment is limited to ensure a personalized and quality experience. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
During Rookie Day, prospective campers are guided by warm and caring Camp Ruach counselors as they participate in a variety of fun activities and meet both current campers and fellow rookies. Meanwhile, parents have the opportunity to tour the campgrounds and meet members of the camp's leadership team, gaining insights into programs, facilities, and the unique camp culture that has been fostered over the past 24 summers.
Rookie Day provides families with the perfect opportunity to experience the welcoming and spirited environment of JCC Camp Ruach firsthand. Through this immersive day, families not only learn about the diverse activities and facilities but also feel the strong sense of community and purpose that defines Camp Ruach.
Enrollment Information Rookie Day is free of charge, but spaces are limited. Prospective campers are accepted based on the order of registration.
