Olive & Sea hosts a waterfront Mother’s Day brunch. Guests can enjoy several chef-curated culinary stations and buffets, including a raw bar, omelet station, laffa pizza station, carving station, and more.

• Raw bar – includes oysters, crab claws, shrimp cocktail, and smoked salmon platter.

• Omelet station – a selection of whole eggs or egg whites and bacon, ham, onion, tomato, mushroom, spinach, peppers, feta cheese, cheddar cheese and mozzarella.

• Laffa pizza station – Olive & Sea prepares freshly baked laffa bread pizzas in its open-kitchen, mosaic-tiled brick oven.

• Carving station – featuring roasted striploin and roasted salmon.

• Hot and cold buffets – including juices, eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, roasted chicken al faham, rice pilaf, rustic potato hash and shakshuka.

• Antipasto and salads - assorted meats and cheese, roasted vegetables and the Olive & Sea salad (mixed greens, goat cheese, honey roasted squash, walnuts, crisp green onion, apples, and pomegranate molasses vinaigrette).

• Assortment of fresh breads, mezze, pastries and desserts - chocolate babka, coffee cakes, assorted pastries, pita, lavash, house bread, hummus, baba ghanoush, tzatziki, pickles, and marinated olives.

The Olive & Sea Mother’s Day Brunch is $85+ per person. Children 6-12 eat for half price, and children five and under are free. Reservations via OpenTable or by calling 954-527-6716 are strongly encouraged.
