The Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College is a five-acre facility that serves as a hands-on learning environment for students in the college's Animal Care and Training Program. Open to the public on weekends, the zoo houses over 130 animals across more than 90 species, including tigers, lions, and Galapagos tortoises.
