It's no trick: Bianca's restaurant invites families to dine in costume for an outdoor Halloween High Tea Party. The spooktacular menu features mini pizzas, tea sandwiches, and a wide variety of fresh-baked sweets served along with your choice of beverages.

Each child receives a DIY Cookie Decorating Kit, to end the meal or take home. Additional Cookie Decorating Kits can be purchased at $8 per kit.
