Altadena Libraries boost their Summer Reading Program with dynamic weekly performances ranging from balloons and bubbles to wild animals and rocket launches.

Main Library performances are at 2pm,  Bob Lucas Memorial Branch performances are at 4pm.

  • June 10 - Buster Balloon
  • June 17 - Bubblemania
  • June 25 - Christopher T. Magician
  • July 2 - Michael McCarty Storytelling
  • July 9 - Wild Wonders Animal Presentation
  • July 16 - JPL "Rocket Launch"
  • July 23 - Mad Science  (Bob Lucas performance at 4:30pm)

Registration for Altadena Libraries' Summer Reading program can be done online. Kids can earn Summer Reading points and prizes for attending the weekly performances.
