This annual celebration is one of the nation’s longest-standing Día de los Muertos public commemorations.

Activities at Civic Center Park in East LA include a danza blessing, community altars by local community members and organizations, live entertainment, handmade art and goods for sale by local artists and artisans, face painting, art activities, and more.

The public is encouraged to attend dressed up in their favorite Día de los Muertos fashion.

Local street food vendors offer food for purchase.
