Norwalk holds a traditional cultural celebration at the Norwalk Arts & Sports Complex.

Guests are treated to tamales and hot chocolate.

Other activities include live entertainment, a folkloric dance. craft stations and the distribution of 500 candy bags, as well as night market vendors and food trucks.
