Age: All ages
Price: Free
Location:
Pierce College - 2nd floor of the Center for the Sciences

Pierce College offers a free viewing of the lunar eclipse on the 2nd floor of the Center for the Sciences. This event is open to the community, with telescopes set up, chairs so kids can see as well and chairs for those who want to rest their knees.

The eclipse itself goes from 9pm to 3am, but the event at the college only goes until midnight.   Attendees can see the eclipse through the first half (the full blood moon phase).

The best entrance is at Mason and Victory, parking is in the big parking lot to the left as you enter (you will need to pay for parking but the event itself is free) and then just walk into the big building right there, the Center for the Sciences and come up to the 2nd Floor. Look for the big patio near the big blue dome. Coming from the parking lot, elevators are near the front right entrance and the back left entrance.
