The California African American Museum invites everyone to celebrate Kuumba, the Kwanzaa principle of creativity. 

The day includes yoga, an interactive storytime, and a zine workshop.

Guests can start the day moving through a sixty-minute flow with yoga and meditation teacher Constance Hartwell. No previous experience is necessary, but participants should bring their own yoga mat. (11am)

Then the whole family can join Jayon and Jon Kev for Tochi Tales Kwanzaa Storytelling, a thirty minute interactive program sharing the history and creativity of Kwanzaa. (1:30pm)

AbleARTS - a nonprofit organization that offers opportunities in the creative arts for people of all abilities—leads a zine workshop celebrating Kwanzaa.
