Big Bear's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular

The Big Bear Fireworks Spectacular explodes in the sky over Big Bear Lake every July 4th. The fireworks are viewable from nearly everywhere in the Big Bear Lake Valley. Why should you make the trek? This show is consistently rated one of the Top 5 best Independence Day fireworks displays in California.
Show time typically begins between 8:45 and 9:15pm, runs approximately 30-40 minutes, and is free to spectators.
Families can watch from any public park or from a boat on the Lake. Make sure to bring a jacket or blanket because it can get cold. No personal fireworks are allowed. Tune into the fireworks soundtrack at KBHR on 93.3 FM or 102.5 FM.
If you really want to maximize your 4th of July experience, the Above the Boom viewing party features a Sky Chair ride, a live DJ, and panoramic views from Snow Summit.
