In celebration of its fourth anniversary, the Academy Museum offers complimentary general admission on September 28, 2025.

Advance ticket reservations are encouraged, but not required. Museum members receive priority entry. Standby entry is available on a first come, first served basis.

Visitors receive free general admission to the museum.

Fun throughout the day includes DJ sets featuring intergenerational music, a family portrait photobooth, and spoken word pop up performances. Dance classes for all ages and levels are presented through Debbie Allen's new initiative, Dancing in the Light: Healing Through the Arts.

Children and families of all ages can craft silver-screen-worthy bookmarks and postcards inspired by the fantastical worlds featured in the Academy Museum’s two newest exhibitions, Jaws: The Exhibition and Barbie to Anna Karenina: The Cinematic Worlds of Sarah Greenwood and Katie Spencer.
