The Intensive: Dance Acrobatics and Contortion camp is for experienced dancers, focusing on contortion technique and acrobatic tricks for choreography. Classes also include partner acro, tumbling, ballet, and contemporary.

Instructor approval is required to attend Contortion Intensive. 
Prerequisites (must be executed with proper technique and mastery):
​1) Hold a bridge for 1-minute
2) Standing to bridge and recover
3) Cartwheels on right and left side
4) Front limber

This camp takes place July 17 - July 21, 2023 and July 31 - August 4, 2023. Book a spot above by choosing the start date for your preferred camp week.

LA AcroDance Academy believes technique is the foundation of all dance. LA AcroDance Academy is certified by Acrobatic Arts, the worlds leading acrobatic curriculum and acrobatics exams. Instructors work to build the dancer's character through acrobatics and dance, giving students the opportunity to practice critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork and community service.
