Marathon-related events will include a Food Truck Festival at Eisenhower Park. 

Featuring more than a dozen vendors from Long Island and elsewhere, and a large variety of international foods including vegan offerings. Schedule: Friday: 3 to 8 p.m., Saturday: 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
