During this month’s In The Kitchen family cooking workshop, the CMEE staff is making one of their favorite Latin American snacks…empanadas! 

Kids enrolled in this morning program will roll out the dough, mix their own flavorful fillings, combine the two, and finally bake the delicious treat to a golden brown (with the help of a CMEE educator, of course!)
