Grab yourself a lawn chair and get down to Main Street in Port Jefferson early on the 4th so you don't miss a moment of this Independence Day parade. Be sure to catch the fireworks display over the harbor the evening before.

Starting at 10am on July 4, fire trucks, dancers, classic cars, veterans, and even antique farm equipment, parade north along Main Street before heading left onto West Broadway and ending at Village Hall. 

The fireworks to commence at dusk on July 3. Rain date: July 6.

Note: Residents should bring ID as parking at Beaches is strictly for residents only.
