Westhampton Beach Historical Society
The Westhampton Beach Historical Society hosts a free Revolutionary War Living History event on the Great Lawn in Westhampton Beach.
The event demonstrates American and British camp life, infantry and Dragoon drills on horseback, artillery demonstrations, and culminate with an infantry and cavalry skirmish at the end of each afternoon. Re-enactors will be dressed in period civilian and military uniforms, fire rifles and a cannon. British Dragoons will demonstrate cavalry techniques and riding skill on horseback.
