The Great Cow Harbor 10K Run is one of the most prestigious foot races in the country. As part of the run, kids can participate in a 2K Fun Run to start.

AMENITIES

The 2K Fun Run / Walk has been a huge success. This event attracts families and participants of all ages. Over 1000 2K and 5000 10K entrants are expected.

Split Clocks at every mile; must deduct your start time for accurate splits.
Recorded 5K split time.
Water available at the start, just after the 2, 3, 4 & 5 Mile splits.
Award Ceremony at the gazebo.
Raffle: Bring the stub on your race number to the gazebo. Must be present to win!

The Great Cow Harbor 10K Run and 2K Fun Run / Walk, a nonprofit event, is held in cooperation with a number of community organizations. The proceeds are used to make a substantial contribution to Special Olympics Long Island, Northwell Health Foundation, the Veterans Administration, our local food pantry and other local causes.
