Need some inspiration to start your fairy house? Join the Sands Point Preserve for an hour of fairy fun! Begin with a brief foraging walk through the woods to collect some materials, followed by a demonstration of different types of simple fairy houses, and a tutorial to help you get started. 

Then you’ll have the opportunity to begin construction of your house, with staff on-site to guide you. The Preserve will provide glue guns, a base for your construction and some natural accents. All guests should bring a shape/structure for their house. This can be a large log, tree stump, piece of driftwood, etc., or recycled materials such as a 2L soda bottle, milk carton, a jar, vase, flower pot, etc. Sessions: April 12 at 11am and 2pm.
