Redondo Beach celebrates its own boat parade, with festive maritime displays. Anywhere with a view of the main channel is the place to be, whether it's a breakwater or a tough-to-reserve restaurant.

This year's theme is "It’s a Wonderful Life."  The event honors Storm 2022/2023 First Responders from the city/ King Harbor Yacht Club members.

The best viewing can be found at Moonstone Park and parts south on Mole B – Note that usually the parade does not go out to the pier.  In addition, the Portofino Hotel hosts a viewing party, (fees apply).

The Main boat parade starts at 5:30pm, with the trophy presentation at around 8pm.
