One fish, two fish ... red, white, and blue fish! The Aquarium of the Pacific offers a scenic spot to celebrate Independence Day. Take advantage of extended hours and enjoy the Aquarium until 10pm.

In addition, visitors can opt for a July 4th evening BBQ. Meals can be picked up and enjoyed on the Veranda, which offers a scenic view of Rainbow Harbor. Guests can then stick around to watch the Long Beach fireworks (which typically start at 8:45pm).

The BBQ-in-a-Box offers choices including BBQ beef brisket and BBQ chicken breast; vegetarian options are available as well.

Ticketing options are general admission (no meal),  admission + meal,  or meal (no admission).

Independence Day hours are 9am to 10pm. Reservations are required.
