The City of Pasadena has canceled the 2022 Black History Parade and Festival due to COVID-19 concerns.

Pasadena's annual Black History Parade honors the achievements and history of African Americans. After the parade, families are invited to a festival featuring food, merchandise booths, a kids' play area, and music.

The parade starts at Figueroa and Fair Oaks in Altadena and ends at Jackie Robinson Park Recreation Center on Hammond and Fair Oaks.
