Celebrate 713 Day with the Houston Rockets at a free community basketball event at Root Memorial Park. Families can enjoy kid-friendly entertainment including a balloon twister, face painter, Pop-A-Shot, Tic-Tac-Toe, and the Clutch Belly Bounce inflatable—perfect for fans of all ages.

The fun continues on the court with a 3-point contest and skills challenge, where one lucky winner will score the chance to participate in a Shoot Your Shot contest during the 2025–26 season. It’s a full afternoon of games, giveaways, and Houston pride.
