The public is invited to Joy Fest, a celebration of the grand opening of the community Jubilee with fun including a Ferris wheel, inflatables, gem mining, tie dye tile making, photo opportunities, giant lawn games, and more. Food trucks and an adult beverage vendor will also be onsite.

Eight professionally decorated model homes will be open for exploration. Admission is free.

Model homes and a holistic lifestyle will be on display during the Joy Fest grand opening celebration at Jubilee.
