Join The Nature Place for their most popular public program. Learn about maple trees and what it takes to turn sap into syrup, then head outside to tap a tree, taste the sap that drips out, watch it boil over a fire and finally taste the sweet syrup over crushed ice. Families will take home their own spout for tapping as well as clear instructions for making your own maple syrup at home.
The program is offered twice: 11am-12pm and 2-3pm.
