Due to the weather forecast of heavy rain and high winds, the Children's Halloween Party has been rescheduled to Tuesday, October 30th from 4-6:30PM.
The 9th annual Children's Halloween Parade offers FREE entertainment, face-painting, a costume contest, and of course, trick-or-treating!
The festivities kick off at 10am, and the first 1,500 registered kids receive a two-hour Luna Park wristband. The parade and contest begins at 1:30pm. Handmade Coney Island-themed costumes are encouraged for the costume contest. Must be age 15 and under to enter.
