First Fridays in Downtown Putnam

Fri May 4, 2018
all ages

The 2018 season of First Fridays will follow a special theme, Mill Town Mosaics: Cultural Heritage of the Quiet Corner in northeast Connecticut.

Every month will offer something new to see, hear, and experience. Be on the lookout for dynamic performance art and installations and participate in family-friendly community art projects; there will be something for everyone to enjoy! While you are in town, choose from a variety of wonderful restaurants, visit the many shops & boutiques, and listen to local musicians play for the crowds.

Monthly themes:

  • July 6: French Canadian-American Heritage
  • August 3: Greek-American Heritage
  • September 7: Native-American Heritage
  • October 5: Scandinavian-American Heritage
