In this fun and engaging “Spring into Cooking” class for kids, we will be emphasizing fresh, colorful, and seasonal ingredients from the Farm’s own gardens and local markets. This class will focus on fresh spring produce: think strawberries, asparagus, peas, carrots, greens, and herbs like thyme and basil.

Chefs will visit the kitchen garden and incorporate colorful and fragrant herbs and ingredients into recipes, which include spring veggie quesadillas, Chinese chicken salad and mini lemon-thyme bundt cakes.
