A Sunday morning summer race tradition returns! Run the single-loop 5K or double-loop 10K through historic, quaint streets with finish in scenic Wethersfield Cove. Spread out and recover post-race in the grass with packaged snacks and hydrate with the custom, Big Mouth water bottle participants can earn. 

The 5k and 10k begin at 8:30 and the FitKids Run begins at 10a.

Take part in the L+M Summer Stride 5K or 10K in July and the Old Wethersfield 5K or 10K in August and also earn the 2 Hot Challenge medal!
