Norwich becomes NorWITCH during the Halloween season. Wear your Halloween costume and come downtown on October 28. Shop and dine on Broadway and Bath streets, stop at food trucks and shop at craft and vendor booths.

Enter the costume parade, be entertained by dancing witches, visit the Norwichtown Village playhouses and partake in the many other family-friendly activities scheduled for this annual event.
All ages welcome and costumes are encouraged for a spooky good time.
